Where does R+R ship?
Everywhere! We ship within Canada, US, and Internationally - shipping rates vary based on location and speed of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
  • Our standard shipping within Canada/US is 5-7 business days 
  • International shipping can take up to 10-15 days due to processing delays based on your country
  • Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic our shipping and processing times may take up to 1-2 days longer than normal to accommodate necessary health and safety measures 
Is there any FREE shipping?
For orders of $100 or more, shipping is always FREE within Canada
Are there any customs fees for international shipping?
  • Due to the changing policies on Customs Fees for shipping in each country, we cannot guarantee that there will be no fees at the time of delivery
  • The customer is responsible for any Customs Fees at the time of delivery for the package
Where is my tracking number?
If you paid for expedited shipping, the tracking number will be emailed to you at the email address you provided at the time of placing the order - if you made a mistake, email us at support@roxirouge.com to correct this
What if my package arrives damaged?
  • As a small business, we place high importance on providing a worry-free and timely experience for you 
  • Take a photo of your damaged item and email it to us along with your order number at support@roxirouge.com so we may assist you

What are the requirements for a return?
  • Since our products are made to order with natural ingredients - and because of COVID-19 safety measures - we cannot accept returns on any skincare products at this time
